Leaving Nepata After 23 Years — A Grateful Farewell and a New Beginning

After 23 years of working with heart and passion at Nepata Group, the time has come for a personal transition. I am stepping down from my role as General Manager and CEO of Nepata Systems and am leaving the group I helped to build almost from the very beginning.

Reflecting on these past two decades, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Together with an incredible team, we’ve turned an idea into a company that now serves customers across Europe and beyond. We have created solutions that made a real impact in the world of print finishing and label production.

None of this would have been possible without the trust and collaboration of so many people. I would like to especially thank my partners Bernhard Schmidt and Fabian Franke. What we built together has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life.

Though I’m leaving the day-to-day operations, I will remain connected to Nepata and continue to support some projects in the future. I’m proud to hand over the leadership of Nepata Systems to Bernhard Schmidt, who will continue as CEO and ensure the business moves forward with strength and vision.

Now, it’s time for something new. I am launching OT Consulting (www.otconsulting.de), where I will provide consulting services around IT solutions, European market entry, and business with China—areas where I’ve gained deep experience over the years. My goal is to help companies grow and adapt in an ever-changing business landscape, using everything I’ve learned so far.

To our customers, suppliers, partners, and employees: thank you for 23 amazing years. I hope to stay connected and look forward to working with many of you in new ways in the future.
